| 摘 要： | 原始创新能力低下,是我国大型企业在国际竞争中缺乏核心竞争力的根本原因,对于创新资源相对缺乏的发展中国家来说,对大型企业原始创新支持体系进行高效的资源再分配是提升大型企业原始创新能力的有效途径。在充分分析大型企业原始创新的基础上,应用系统动力学知识构建大型企业原始创新支持体系模型,并对支持体系的系统动力学模型进行了实证仿真研究。通过对大型企业原始创新支持体系的动态仿真模拟发现:对支持体系中政府投资比例进行合理的再分配,可以使大型企业原始能力得到了显著的提升。
