| 摘 要： | 创新是各项事业发展的强大动力，我们的教育事业也是在创新中发展的。在知识经济到来之际，为满足社会对创新人才的需求，必须在目前的教育改革中，从教育思想和观念、课程内容、教师素质、教育方法以及教学体制等若干要素着手，加大教育创新力度，以教育创新促进创新教育。
