| 摘 要： | 高校教育实行新的好公民、好学生、好子女的“新三好”考核标准是高校思想政治工作的新要求。公民意识是社会成员精神和物质生活共同的思想基础，是社会成员思想、道德发展的基本依据。本文从大学生公民意识培养的现实意义出发，分析当代大学生公民意识淡薄的成因，探讨培养大学生公民意识的举措。

| Abstract: | The curent standards to judge a good college student to be a good citizen, a good student and a docile child raise new requirements to the ideological and political education work in higher learning institutions. Citizenship awareness is the mutual ideological basis of the spirit of community member and physical well - being, and the basis of the thought of being a community member and moral development. This paper discusses the realistic significance of cultivating college students＇ citizenship awareness, analyzes the causes of the weakness of citizenship awareness among college students and explores how to cultivate college students＇citizenship awareness. |
