| 摘 要： | 日本法学教育改革是司法制度改革的重要一环,目的在于通过新设美国式法学院培养法律职业人,向司法界输送专业人才,确保司法制度改革的实现,同时为保障教学质量计划的实施,建立了第三者评估制度。但是,既有的日本式法学院的存续使日本还存在以培养法律素养和知识为目的的法学教育。这两种法学教育的并存反映了社会的不同需求,也构成了日本法学教育的基本特色。

| Abstract: | In Japan,the reform of legal education is an important part of judicial system reform. The establishment of American style Law School aiming at cultivating qualified legal professionals to the judicial field can ensure the achievement of judicial system reform. The new law schools adopted the American legal educational model extensively and plan to set up the third party estimation system to guarantee the education quality. Nevertheless,some existing law schools in Japan that keep the traditional legal education method are still legal quality and knowledge cultivation oriented. The coexistence of the two education system reflects the need of the society and has constituted the basic character of the legal education system in Japan. |
