| 摘 要： | 近代湖南政府在中央颁布各类法规基础之上,根据本省私立教育发展的特点,通过扶助发展、规范运行等途径,有力地推动了湖南私立教育的发展,并成为影响近代湖南私立教育发展变迁的重要因素,也为当前民办教育发展提供了宝贵的历史借鉴。

| Abstract: | Based on laws issued by the central government,according to the characteristics of private education development in Hunan,by the support development and the normalization of operation,modern Hunan government effectively promotes modern development of private education in Hunan,which becomes important factors affecting modern development and change of private education in Hunan,and also provide precious historical experiences for non-governmental education at present. |
