氧化钨/聚苯胺纳米复合材料的制备及其电化学行为

摘    要:以膜转移技术在铟掺杂氧化锡(ITO)导电玻璃电极表面构建聚苯乙烯微球有序排列结构,并以电极表面有序排列的聚苯乙烯微球为模板,采用电化学沉积法在电极表面构筑了有序的氧化钨微球腔阵列,进一步在氧化钨球腔内电化学沉积聚苯胺,在ITO电极表面形成氧化钨/聚苯胺复合修饰层.在1mol/LH2SO4溶液中,复合电极表现出良好的超级电容器电极特性.

Abstract:An array structure of polystyrene micro-beads on an indium-doped tin oxide(ITO)electrode was prepared by film transfer technique.Micro-cavities of tungsten trioxide(WO3)were fabricated on an indium-doped tin oxide electrode by electrodeposition.Polyaniline was electrochemically deposited into the WO_3 cavities to form a WO_3/ polyaniline hybrid layer.In the 1 mol/LH_2SO_4 aqueous solution,the hybrid modified electrode,which may be used as the electrode for the supercapacitor,showed good charge-discharge ele...
