| 摘 要： | 大学生军训工作是我党、我军坚持人民战争思想的具体体现乏一。大学生军训工作不仅有利于我国后备兵员的培育，而且为建设未来战争高素质人才群体提供了人才准备。大学生军训工作须以人民战争思想为指导，优化军训中的后备力量意识教育和军训后的国防意识教育，强化应用训练，改进军事技能训练。

| Abstract: | Military training for college students is the concrete reflection of upholding the thought of people's war of our Party and Army. The military training for college students will not only benefit the training of the reserved forces of our country, but also prepare the high quality staff for the future wars. At the same time the article also suggests that the military training for college students should be carried out under the guidance of the thoughts of people's war, optimize the ideological education of for reserved forces among the trainees.National defense idea education after military training should be stressed on the practical training and improvement of the military skill practice. |
