| 摘 要： | 教育学院的竞争 ,是教育教学质量的竞争 ;教学质量竞争的背后是人才的竞争 ,人才竞争的底蕴是文化的竞争 ,归根结底取决于学习能力的竞争。教育学院要在当前激烈的社会竞争中立于不败之地 ,首先必须把自己建成学习型学院。
