仓泵气力输送试验台设计探讨

摘    要:对仓泵设计及其控制以及计量中的某些问题进行了探讨。并提出:仓泵中物料在出料口周围局部流态化有利于节能;对空气流量进行控制有利于提高混合比;仓泵中物料动态计量可精确计算瞬时混合比、稳压段输送混合比及总的混合比。试验证明,改进后的仓泵输送可以使物料像脉冲气力输送似的,以疏密状方式在管内呈栓状流动,以达到低速、高浓度、低能耗的目的,而输送距离及输送能力又远大于脉冲等检状输送,因此具有很大的潜在市场。

Abstract:This article mainly discusses the problems of Blow Tank design,control andmeterage.It advances that materials conveyed to the exit area,if partially fluidized,may help tosave energy and the control of the run-off of air will improve the mixture ratio.Movement metering in Blow Tank can accurately calculate the instant mixture ratio,mixture ratio of steady pressure and overall mixture.Experiments prove that improved Blow Tank can convey materialslike pulse pneumatic conveying low speed, high density and low energy consuming.In the meantime,Blow Tank does better in long distance and high capacity.As a result it has a large marketpotential
