| 摘 要： | 在素质教育的大潮中，全国中学生啦啦队运动正如火如荼地开展着，啦啦队运动在向学生传授锻炼身体的知识、技能、培养运动能力和良好的锻炼习惯，提高思想素质，培养心理素质，增强文化素质等方面起着不可泯灭的作用。影响啦啦队运动在中学开展好坏的主要因素是啦啦队运动师资配备情况，所以对中学啦啦队运动师资情况的调研是必要的。

| Abstract: | In the quality education advancing wave to development, national middle school students cheerleading sports develop very fast. The cheerleading sports have important function in imparting sports exercise knowledge and skill, training the sports ability and good exercise habit, improving though morals, cultivating mental charac- ter and increasing moral culture character. The main factors influencing the development of cheerleading sports in middle schools are the teachers＇ condition. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the condition of cheerleading sports teachers in middle schools. |
