| 摘 要： | 加强艺术教育是全面贯彻党的教育方针，全面实施素质教育的重要途径。艺术教育对于培养人的健全个性，促进人的全面发展具有重要意义。艺术教育的实质和精神内涵是人的精神文明教育，或者说，是“修养”的教育，是“灵魂”的教育，是“做人”的教育。作为人才培养基地的高职院校，加强艺术教育是其教学过程中必不可少的一个重要环节，而高职院校艺术教育的突破口就是大力加强校园文化建设。

| Abstract: | Strengthening artistic education is an important way to carry out the Party＇s policy and implement quality education. It has great significance to foster a man＇s perfect character and promote his all-round development. The essence and spirit of art education is a man＇s civilization education, or ＂training＂ education, ＂soul＂ and ＂conducting-oneself＂ education. Higher vocational colleges are where talents are trained, strengthening art education is a necessary and key link in teaching process, and its breakthrough is to strengthen school culture construction vigorously. |
