| 摘 要： | 随着我国老龄化社会进程逐步加快,从老有所养到老有所教、老有所学,老年人"精神家园"如何"充实",老年人学习平台如何"扩容",尤其是地市一级老年大学建设发展已成为社会关注的焦点。通过对我国老龄化与老年教育现状、老年大学教育的基本特征、困境及地市级老年大学建设与地方高校资源共建共享途径等问题的探讨,可为地方政府决策提供参考。

| Abstract: | With the acceleration of China’s aging society,the problems such as the security and the teaching and learning of the aged,how to "enrich" the elderly "spiritual home",how to "enlarge" the elderly learning platform,especially the construction and development of the municipal elderly university have become the focus of attention.This article explores China’s aging,the status of education for the aged,the basic characteristics of elderly university education,the dilemma,the construction of municipal elderly universities and the resources sharing with the local universities in order to provide a reference for local government decision-making. |
