| 摘 要： | 新疆少数民族高层次人才匮乏,结构不够合理,是导致新疆经济发展落后的一个重要因素,也是今后经济发展的一个制约因素。这就要求我们必须重视和加强对新疆少数民族高层次人才队伍的研究与建设,采取适需对路的方式,积极实施"人才强新"战略,从而为新疆经济发展注入强大的驱动力。

| Abstract: | One important factor which makes Xinjiang backward is that the shortage of advanced talents of minorities and unreasonable structure.This factor will constrain the economic development of Xinjiang in the future.This requires that the research and development of advanced talents of minorities in Xinjiang must be attached importance to and strengthened.By taking right path and appropriate manner,the strategy of "Making Xinjiang Prosperous by Talents" is beimplemented actively to provide powerful driving force for economic development in Xinjiang. |
