| 摘 要： | 采用反相高效液相色谱法测定人血清中卡马西平的浓度．人空白血清经处理后，采用高效液相色谱法，C18（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）色谱柱，水-甲醇-乙腈（45：45：10）流动相，UV检测波长254nm，流速1mL·min^-1，柱温：30℃．该方法平均回收率为105．53％，日内和日间RSD均小于11％，标准曲线线性关系良好．该方法适用于临床血药浓度监测．

| Abstract: | The objective of this research is aimed at developing a method for the determination of the concentrations of Carbamazepine （CBZ） in serum by RP - HPLC. The serum samples were extracted with extract liquor. The residue was dissolved and analyzed with symmetry C18 （4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm） column; mobile phase： water, methanol, acetonitrile （45：45： 10） , flow rate： 1.0 ml · min^-1 The detective UV wavelength was 254 nm. The column temperature was 30℃. The average recovery of CBZ was 105.53% by determining. The relative standard deviations of intra-day and inter-day were all less than 11%. The calibration curve was good linearity. The method is suitable for clinical monitoring of CBZ in serum. |
