| 摘 要： | 中学生个性化教育就是强调个性化心理素质的教育 ,它是素质教育的重要内容之一 ,是中学教育的组成部分。健康的心理 ,良好的性格对一个人世界观的确立起积极作用 ,关注中学生性格教育十分重要。就此提出实施个性化教育 ,注重共性和个性的发展 ,即强调心理健康的重要性和针对个性差异而因材施教 ,从而体现教育以人为本 ,以人的和谐发展为本的教育理念

| Abstract: | Individualized education of middle-school students, an important part of quality education and school education, is to stress teaching of individual psychological quality. Sound psychology and good character play a positive role in the making of personal world outlook, so it is very important to emphasize their individualized education. Therefore in individualized education, attention should be paid to the commonness and individuality development, that means we lay stress on the importance of psychological health and teaching according to individual character, so as to embody the educational outlook"man and his harmonious development is put in the first place". |
