| 摘 要： | 经济全球化提出了世界性的问题，这就是为了提高经济效益和社会效益，各国在各个领域、各个部门进行了或正在进行着裁员．这正是各国对经济全球化的最为透彻的理解，因为经济全球化要求实现世界范围内的资源和人员最优化配置、各国只有大力加强改革，适应这一全球性的经济形势，适当裁员，实现人员在各个部门之间的最优配置，才能以最低的成本创最高的效益，在激烈的国际竞争中处于有利的地位，成为经济全球化的最大受益．

| Abstract: | The economic globalization arouses problems to the whole world,which is that each country is trying to reduce the number of laborers in every area in order to increase the their economic efficiency and also that of the whole society. This can be regarded as a thorough understanding of the economic globalization in the case that it demands laborers and materials be assigned perfectly within the world. Every country must forcefully promote reform, fit in with the economic situation, reduce the number of laborers properly and realize the excellent assignment of laborers among all the fields. Only by doing this can we hope to get the highest efficiency at the lowest cost so as to get a superior position in the heated international competition and become the best profit holder in the world of economic globalization. |
