| 摘 要： | 西方自然法学说具有悠久的历史和丰富的内涵。它特别强调法是不依人的意志为转移的客观规律,法的功能和作用不仅是强制工具和手段,还是社会公平和正义的体现。因此,弘扬法的形而上价值,展现法律的终极关怀,提升人们对法的尊重和信仰,这是我国法治建设重要的社会思想基础。

| Abstract: | Western natural law theory has a long history and rich content.It emphases on the external rule which is not governed by man's will and that the function of law is not only the means of coercion and force,but also embodiment of social justice and equity.Therefore,it is necessary to carry forward the value of natural law and demonstrate the ultimate caring of law so as to promote people's respect to law and belief in law,which is a necessary basis for Chinese legal development. |
