| 摘 要： | 近些年中国为满足国内经济发展和民生需求,逐步加大了对国际水资源的开发力度。对此,周边国家围绕着可持续发展和国家安全等问题提出了自己的利益关切。中国的国际水资源开发不仅带动了周边地缘政治形势的变化,而且成为影响周边安全环境的新要素。

| Abstract: | In recent years China has gradually enhanced utilization of water resources to meet the demands of domestic economic development and the needs of people’s livelihood,which has aroused the concern of bordering countries about sustainable development and security issues on the stand of their own national interests.China’s utilization of international water resources not only gives rise to changes in the surrounding geopolitical setup,but it has also become a new aspect that affects surrounding security. |
