| 摘 要： | 利用2010年河北省国民体质监测数据,通过数理统计等方法分析了石家庄414名中年女性的身体形态、身体机能和身体素质的现状及变化趋势,结果表明中年女性的体质随着年龄的增长存在较为明显的下降趋势.

| Abstract: | By adopting the data of national physical fitness monitoring in Hebei Province in the year 2010, this paper analyzes the current situation and changing tendency of the body shape,body function and physical quality of 414 middle-aged women of Shijiazhuang City. The results show that the physical fitness of middle- aged women declines with the growing of their age. |
