摘    要:老年人对于参加身体锻炼、延年益寿,有着比一般人更为强烈的要求,“太极拳”运动更是深受众多老年人的喜爱。能良好的改善睡眠,增强食欲,稳定情绪,调整心态……提高生命质量,促进身心健康发展。从医学角度而言,它也是一种很好的医疗保健体操。

Abstract:It has strong demand for elder people participating in physical exercise than ordinary people. Taijiquan exercise is very popular among elder people. It can improve the sleeping, balances mind and promote the mental and health development. From the angle of medicine, it is very good medical health gymnastics.
