摘    要:农民工在我国当前经济社会发展中已成为一支重要力量.然而,随着国家现代化、城市化进程的深化和转型,农民工的社会排斥问题日益凸显,尤其是新生代农民工在当前经济社会发展中不断呈现出新的特点,他们的社会排斥问题也逐渐由个人发展问题扩大成为群体发展问题.本文立足当前新生代农民工的生活现状、社会需求及其群体特质反思其社会排斥,站在大教育的范畴,探索教育在推进新生代农民工社会融入进程中的作为机制,以求为特殊群体的社会排斥和教育作为、进而推动社会管理创新提供一些理论思考和实践探讨.
