| Abstract: | At the beginning of the "12th Five-Year Plan",when Europe and the United States are deeply in debt crisis,enterprises in China are also facing enormous challenges to survive.More and more small and medium-sized private enterprises have collapsed.However,Tiangong international,which was born a collectively owned enterprise,was promoted to be the world top three special steel enterprises in June of 2011.It has created a legend that a Chinese private enterprise can successfully become the world leading special steel enterprise.This article analyzes the case of Tiangong international and tries to supply some lessons that might be helpful for the small and medium private enterprises which are in trouble at the moment. |
