| 摘 要： | 主要采用问卷调查法和教学实验法,对普通高校的网球课程现状进行调查研究。结合网球运动的特征及普修班学生的特点,运用"快易"网球教学方法改变传统的教学模式,从具体的教学内容入手,改进教学形式,变换教学手段,营造良好的课堂气氛,从而提高网球普修班的课堂效率和教学质量。

| Abstract: | With adoption of questionnaires and teaching experiment,the status quo of university tennis teaching were studied."Play & Stay Tennis"was applied in tennis teaching of non-sports majors.It was shown that its teach ing content and methods were different from that of the traditional tennis teaching so that better learning environment and efficiency were achieved. |
