传统健身功法对银发族功能性体适能之效益

摘    要:研究目的:以传统健身功法易筋经为训练内容,期望提升银发族功能性体适能指针,进而提升日常生活中所需的基本能力以安享老年生活。研究方法:以高雄市华美、文英、协和及乌材林4个小区关怀据点银发族为研究对象,男性25名平均年龄75.32±5.61岁,女性45名平均年龄为73.71±5.99岁,每周2次,每次60 min(热身运动10 min:主要运动——易筋经40 min:缓和运动10 min),共接受20周的易筋经训练。统计方法包括叙述性统计、独立样本t检定分析。结果发现:易筋经对男性银发族之影响,在体重、身体质量指数及坐姿前弯方面,虽有进步但皆未达显著差异水平;在抓背、2.44 m绕物测验、二头肌内卷、30 s起坐及2 min原地踏步,皆有进步且达显著差异水平。对女性银发族之影响,在身高、体重、身体质量指数方面,虽有进步但未达显著差异水平;在坐姿前弯、抓背、2.44 m绕物测验、二头肌内卷、30 s起坐及2 min原地踏步,皆有进步且达显著差异水平。结论:易筋经对银发族是有帮助的,是值得推展的传统健身运动;有些检测结果变化虽未达显著差异水平,原因可能是活动量不足或训练时间太短所致;合适的运动项目对银发族是相当重要的,运动量不足则无法达到既定的成效,而太强又容易导致运动伤害,如何选择适当运动项目及强度,是值得相关单位重视的议题。

Abstract:Twenty five men aged around 75.32(+ 5.61)and forty five women aged round 73.71(+ 5.99)in Hua mei,Wenying,Xiehe and Wucailin Communities were taken as the subjects of study to reveal the effects of tradi tional bodybuilding exercises in promoting senior people’s fitness.These people took sixty minutes exercises twice a week,including ten minutes’warm-up,forty minutes’Yijinjing,ten minutes’relaxing exercise).Yijinjing exer cise lasted for twenty weeks.And the statistics showed that there were no differences in concerning the men’s and the women’s body weight,body mass index,and seated forward bend while there were obvious improvement in their back scratching,bicep curl,standing and sitting within thirty seconds and two minutes’step in place.It could be seen that Yijinjing was an effective exercise for the seniors.
