摘    要:为了合理评估B2C电子商务网站的综合能力,进一步推动B2C电子商务网站的优化升级. 论文在文献分析和实际调研的基础上从网站功能、网站技术、经营业绩和用户体验等方面初步构建了基于系统思路的B2C电子商务网站评价的指标体系. 应用层次分析法(AHP)结合专家评价法对指标进行了筛选,在此基础上将定性分析定量化确定了每个指标的相对权重; 构建的指标体系将静态分析和动态分析结合起来在一定程度上克服了主观因素的影响,为B2C电子商务网站评价模型的构建提供了基础.

RESEARCH ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE EVALUATION INDEX SYSTEM ABOUT B2C E-COMMERCE WEBSITES BASED ON AHP
Abstract:In order to evaluate the comprehensive ability of B2C e-commerce website reasonably, and further promote optimiza-tion and upgrading, the evaluation index system of B2C e-commerce websites, based on system ideas, is preliminary construct-ed in this thesis. The evaluation index system, based on the literature analysis and the actual survey, can be achieved from some aspects, including the website function, the website technology, the operating performance, the user experience and so on. The indexes are screened by AHP and experts'evaluation. On this basis, the relative weight of each index is determined by the quantitative analysis. The influence of subjective factor is overcome by the index system combining the static analysis and the dynamic analysis. That provides the basis for the construction of the evaluation model about B2C e-commerce websites.
