| 摘 要： | 湘鄂渝黔4省(市)边区的土家族是一个勤劳勇敢的民族，智慧和创新的民族。土家族的民间体育丰富多彩，其民间体育项目多达130多种。本文试图研究该区域民间体育的形成和发展，并循着其历史发展轨迹，探索民族传统体育的发展趋势，为土家族民间体育发展战略的宏观规划提供有益的参考。

| Abstract: | Tujia people living in Xiang. E Yu and Qian border area is a brave and hard working nationality and demonstrates great wisdom and creativeness. They create an immense rich and colorful folk sports. There are as many as 130 colorful sports activities in this border area. This paper focuses on the study of the formation and development of the folk sports in this area, explores the developing trend of minority's folk sports in order to provide the theoretical reference for the macro plan of the development strategy of the Tujia's folk sports. |
