| 摘 要： | 高职院校教师的教学观念体现着学校的办学指导思想及定位,影响着教师的日常教学行为。文中从高职教育的人才观、质量观和教学观的关系入手,探索在高职教育蓬勃发展、各院校大力加强教学质量建设的新形势下,高职院校教师应具有的科学的人才观、质量观和教学观。

| Abstract: | Teachers teaching outlook in vocational colleges not only reflects college guiding ideology and orientation,but also has an influence on their daily work.Starting from relationship between talent outlook,quality outlook and teaching outlook,the scientific outlook of talent,quality and teaching that teachers in higher vocational colleges should have is discussed in the paper under the situation of higher vocational education developed and teaching quality improved greatly. |
