| Abstract: | The cost of water and electricity is an important part of the whole cost for colleges and universities. Building conservation-conscious colleges and universities can not only reduce the cost of water and electricity but improve the efficiency greatly. To this end, we should improve our management in a scientific way through improving the system, updating the technology and strengthening people＇s awareness. |
