| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法及数理统计法,对江苏省高校体育社团的组织管理模式、类型、规模、活动形式等现状进行分析。结果为:江苏省高校体育社团的管理体系正在逐步形成,体育社团的人数规模以中、小型社团为主,社团定期活动开展比较稳定;目前影响江苏高校体育社团发展的主要因素是活动经费不足、缺乏对社团和活动进行宣传、活动场地与器材不能有效保障等。提出拓宽目前高校课外体育组织形式,加强对高校体育社团活动所需要的物质保障等相应对策。

| Abstract: | By means of literature review,questionnaire survey,interviews with experts and mathematical statistics,this study presents a detailed analysis of the administrative pattern,type,size and format of activity of sports organizations in colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province.The results show that the administrative system of these sports organizations is gradually taking its shape and the size of the sports organizations is mainly represented by small and medium-sized organizations with regular and stable activities carried out.Currently,the existing problems which have affected the development of these sports organizations are shortage of funds,lack of propaganda for these organizations and their activities and shortage of playground and facilities.It is suggested therefore that various extra-curricular forms of sports should be explored and necessary material support should be guaranteed for the activities of these sports organizations. |
