| 摘 要： | 文章采用问卷调查法对山西省体育专业大学生对就业形势的认知现状进行研究。研究结果表明:山西省体育专业大学生对当前大学生就业政策、就业制度及就业岗位对人才录用基本要求有一定了解,但不全面。体育院(系)对体育专业大学生缺乏就业指导教育。山西省体育专业大学生就业倾向男女存在较大差异。山西省体育专业大学生对就业影响因素的错误认识在一定程度上影响了体育专业大学生的专业学习的态度和积极性。

| Abstract: | With the method of questionnaire,this paper does the survey of Shanxi Province sports majors about their cognitions on the employment situations.The findings include:they know some about the current employment policies,employment system and the basic requirements of jobs,but not enough and comprehensive,which shows that physical education departments and schools do insufficient work on students future employment directions.The findings also show that boy and girl student have different employment tendency.Their misunderstanding of the influencing factors of employment,to some extent,affects their major study attitudes and enthusiasm. |
