高校教师教学水平的AHP—Fuzzy综合评价法

摘    要:建立了综合评价教师教学水平的指标体系,采用层次分析(AHP)法确定指标体系的权重,使用模糊评价法评价教师的教学水平,从而提出了一种较科学的定量分析方法AHP—Fuzzy综合评价法,并结合实例做出说明.

Abstract:The paper sets up a set of evaluating index to measure the level of teaching. It uses AHP method to calculate the weight of index system, and then it evaluates teaching level by fuzzy evaluation. So it proposes a science quantitative analysis method of AHP- Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, which is illuminated by an instance.
