| 摘 要： | 学习理论是大学教育理论的重要组成部分，它是指导教师如何教学、学生如何学习的理论基础，通过深入研究“元学习”的学习理论，创建大学体育教学过程中全新的体育学习课程体系，为贯彻党“十六大”提出的学习型社会、实现终身体育的教育目标提供理论依据。
