| 摘 要： | 我国南方作物秸秆资源丰富，具有种类多、数量大、质量高、分布广的特点；目前，南方作物秸秆资源主要用作燃料、饲料、肥料和工业原料等多种用途，但其利用上明显存在“三低一重”的特点（即利用率低、转化率低、经济效益低和环境污染严重）。今后，开发利用南方作物秸秆资源，必须做到：①充分提高认识，切实转变观念；②扩大秸秆生产，增加秸秆来源；③充分利用秸秆，避免一切浪费；④合理利用秸秆，提高转化效率；⑤综合开发利用，提高三大效益

| Abstract: | The rich straw resources in southern China are featured by multiple variety,huge amount,high quality and extensive in distribution.Presently,straw resources in southern China,mainly used as fuel,fodder,manure and raw materials for industrial purposes,are low in utilization efficiency,low in transformation rate,low in economic efficiency and serions in pollution.For future utilization and development of the straw resources,a number of points should be followed:1) to change concept by improving understanding; 2) to increase source of straw by expanding production;3) to make full use of straw to avoid waste;4) to raise transformation rate through rational utilization;and 5) to perform integrated utilization and development and improve efficiency in utilization,transformation and economic benefits. |
