| Abstract: | The official documents, serving the construction of economy, has to be adjusted to meet the demand of the market oriented economy. Otherwise, we might be thrown away from the market competition. We must take advantage from learning the ancient official documents addressing to higher authority, which laid stress on the function of persuasion. |
