| 摘 要： | 构建江苏终身教育体系，从江苏社会，经济发展对教育的需求和教育的供需矛盾来看，它是十分必要的，从江苏的经济发展水平，教育的整体水平和尊师重教的风尚等来看，它又有了良好的条件和基础；其基本思路是：理论研究与区域实验相结合，整体设计，分步推进，改革创新教育制度，努力体现中国特色。

| Abstract: | Considering the contradiction between the demand for education by the social and economic development in Jiangsu province, and the limited capacity of education which can satisfy this demand, it is of great importance to build the life long education system in Jiangsu province. Considering the level of economic development, the level of education in general, and the good tradition of respecting teachers and emphasizing education in this province, there are excellent condition and foundation to build the life long education system here. The basic ideas include: combining theoretic research and local experiments, general design and step by step promotion, reform and innovation on the education institution, and work hard to demonstrate the unique Chinese style. |
