| 摘 要： | 实施“工学结合、半工半读”的人才培养模式，应打破传统学科教育教学模式，进行“订单式”培养模式、双证书制培养模式及其他灵活的教学管理制度改革，最终目的是使高职院校能够培养出社会急需的各类技能型应用人才，实现学校、企业、学生三方共赢的效果。
