摘    要:产教融合校企合作是高职院校推进育人与技术技能积累的重要保障.通过运用交易经济学理论分析当前高职院校校企合作存在的问题及其成因,从利益相关者角度提出以混合所有制构建高职院校市场化校企合作机制,并指出建立市场化合作补偿机制和政府投入制度保障是落实与促进我国职业教育健康发展的根本.

Abstract:Cooperation between colleges and enterprises plays an core role to promote the accumulation of education and technical skills in the vocational education. In this paper,it is analyzed that the problem existing in the current school-enterprise cooperation of vocational education by employed the theory of transaction cost in economics,and then from the perspective of stakeholders it is pro-posed that a mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation with the mixed ownership construction. In the conclusion we point out that the establishment of cooperating compensation mechanism in market under the control of government investment security system is to imple-ment and promote the healthy development of vocational education.
