| 摘 要： | 随着高校自主管理权力的扩大，因高校学生管理纠纷引发的诉讼案件呈逐年上升的趋势。如果过多地依靠诉讼手段解决高校学生管理纠纷会带来许多负面效应，不利于和谐校园建设，因此，应当尽快建立健全非诉讼解决机制，以促成高校学生管理纠纷更加合理有效的解决，促进和谐校园的建设。

| Abstract: | With the expansion of self-management of colleges and universities,the trend of dispute cases triggered by management of college students is rising year by year.If too much reliance on litigation to resolve disputes,college student management will bring many negative effects,not conducive to harmonious campus construction,therefore,non-litigious dispute resolution should be established and improved as soon as possible to facilitate the management of college students more rationally and efficiently to promote harmonious campus building. |
