| 摘 要： | 商事法律人才有较为广泛的适用领域，我国对这类人才具有大量需求。但我国的法学教育传承自大陆法系，与商事法律人才的培养有诸多不匹配之处。笔者以为应当在商事法律人才的培养目标、教育理念、教师配置、课程设置等诸多方面加以调适。

| Abstract: | Commercial law professionals are useful in a variety of fields and are in great demand in China.However,legal education in China at present,based originally on civil law,is not fully commensurate with the needs in the training of commercial law professionals.The author holds that adjustments should be made in the aims,education concept,allocation of teachers,and curriculum in China's effort to train more and better commercial law professionals. |
