自由式摔跤抱单腿摔和模拟负重动作的肌电图分析

摘    要:自由式摔跤比赛中,抱单腿摔是运动员最常用的技术之一,为找出主要用力肌肉和主要练习手段,利用肌电测试,对此技术进行了研究,结果表明,股直股,股外肌放电值为最高,是主要用力肌肉,股内肌和胫骨前肌放电量最小,在几种模拟负重动作中,颈前负重练习的8块肌肉效果量ES为最大,在针对抱单腿的力量练习中,应把颈前负重练习作为主要手段。

Abstract:The Crotch lift is one of the most frequently used skill in the free style wresting. In this paper, research is made on this skill by means of electromyogram examination in order to distinguish the muscles that are mainly involved and findout the training methods that function most effectively. The findings show that the discharge values of musculus rectus femoris and lateral great are the highest, whereas those of middle great and anterior tibial are the lowest. Therefore musculus rectus femoris and lateral great are the muscles that are mainly involved. Among the simnlated movements with weights, the ES of the 8 muscles involved in the foreneck exercise with weights is the greatest (t<0.1). Thus foreneck exercise with weights should be taken as the main in the muscle strengthening training.
