| 摘 要： | 高校是培养高素质人才的基地，而培养高素质人才至关重要的是德育教育。目前受外部环境的负面影响和内在机制缺陷的制约，我国高校德育教学正面临严峻挑战。建立高素质的师资队伍、改革教学内容和方法等，是提高德育教育的重要措施。

| Abstract: | Higher learning institutions are the cradle of breeding highly qualified personnel. In the course of this process, moral education is most important. However, it is owing to the present restrictions of external environment and internal system that the existing state of the moral education in higher learning institutions is not optimistic. To build a highly qualified teaching staff and reform the teaching contents and methods is the key measure to improve moral education. |
