| 摘 要： | 对“以德治国”的产生背景作了理论思考,分析了传统“德治”思想对于今天道德教育的启示,指出变革目前缺乏道德和理想的社会现实是人们共同的心理需求,并简要分析了中国共产党开展思想道德建设的历史过程,从而得出了“以德治国”思想的产生有其历史必然性的结论。
