| 摘 要： | 实施农产品供应链管理模式首先应选择农产品供应链模式,这些模式包括农产品批发商主导型模式、农产品加工商主导型模式和大型零售商主导型模式。农产品供应链管理必须整合农产品供应链的各成员,加强合作;优化农产品供应链的物流;优化农产品供应链的信息流运作等。

| Abstract: | In order to realize supply chain management mode,we should choose the supply chain mode of agricultural products at first which includes whole sellers' leading mode,processing enterprises' leading mode and large-scale retailers' leading mode.Then we must combine every member,strengthen members' cooperation,and optimize logistics and information operation. |
