| Abstract: | New farmers who gained culture and understood technology and management are the main body of socialism new rural reconstruction. In order to do a good job in the building a new socialist country- side, we should comprehensively improve the quality of farmers, give full play to the dominant position and the subjective initiative of the new farmers in the new rural development, and establish the new mech- anism to cultivate new socialist farmers. |
