| 摘 要： | 家族制管理是非公有制企业较多采取的一种管理模式,中国90%以上私营企业是家族式经营管理。在我国私营企业的发展框架下,对当前我国家族企业的发展状况进行了探讨,并以此为背景揭示了现阶段我国家族企业发展所呈现出的基本问题。
