饭店人力资源主管职业能力指标体系研究

摘    要:文章通过文献法和德尔斐法构建了饭店人力资源主管职业能力体系和指标。研究认为,饭店人力资源主管职业能力分为个人能力、技术性能力、概念性能力和人际关系能力4个层面,包括10项职业能力,涉及40多项指标。这对饭店人力资源管理具有重要意义。

Abstract:The index system of hotel human resources chief executives' vocational ability is constructed by using literature method and Delphi method. It is divided into four levels: individual, technological, conceptual and interpersonal abilities concerning 10 items of vocational abilities and 40 items of indexes. The division is of great importance to hotel's human resources management.
