| 摘 要： | 运用 SWOT 分析方法，对环武夷山景区自行车赛现状及发展进行分析。目前环武夷山景区自行车赛的最大优势是武夷山“双世遗”得天独厚的旅游资源；劣势是赛事知名度不高，政府以及民众支持力度不高，融资渠道狭窄；面临的机遇是推动海西建设发展带来的武夷新区建立的推动作用，以及武夷山“十二·五”体育旅游发展政策的支持；面临的威胁是缺乏健全的比赛制度，其他城市同类赛事的竞争与压力，武夷山本土车队、车手缺乏竞争力。提出扩大优势，缩小劣势，把握机遇和化解威胁的若干策略。

| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the analysis of current situation and development of bike match around Mount Wuyi by the method of SWOT. At the present time, the biggest advantage of bike match around Mount Wuyi is its “double world heritage” tourist source. This creates a good environment for the bike match. On the other side, the match is not very popular around the world; few bike stars want to join it; the government and people don’t support the match, so it lack of financial support; the match can’t well developed and publicized because of the technical and financial problem. Although, the building of the economic zone on the west coast of the Taiwan Straits will promote the construction of the new town of Mount Wuyi, and the match will be supported by “the twelfth five years” sports tourism de-veloping policy. Also, the match is facing some threat. For example, the lack of perfect match system, the competition and pressure from other bike matches, and the local bike teams or players are not very competitive. This paper will propose some tactics about maximize the advantage, minimize the disadvantage, seize the opportunity and neutralize the threat. |
