| 摘 要： | 学校课余体育训练是学校教育的一部分,也是学校体育工作的基本任务和重要工作。开展课余体育训练与竞赛,可增强学生体质,提高学校体育运动水平,可丰富校园文化生活培养体育人才,推动学校体育的发展。本文通过文献资料法等研究方法,从体育道德品质、知识、指导训练、心理能力等方面,阐述一般课余体育训练教练员所应具备的素质,分析和探讨1名合格的课余体育训练教练员所应具备的条件。

| Abstract: | After-school sports training in school is not only part of the school education, but also the basic tasks and important job of athletics. Conducting after-school sports training and competition is usefull to enhance the physical fitness of students, improve the level of school sports, enrich the cultural life of campus, train sports talents and promote the development of School Sport. In this paper, through literature and other research methods, the writer expands the quality of general after-school sports training coaches what they should possess. She also analyses and discusses the condition of being qualified after-school sports training coaches what they should have from the quality of sportsmanship, knowledge, guiding training, mental ability and so on. |
