Abstract:This paper reriews the recent development of new technologies of downstream processing of fermentation liquid, including aqueous two phase extraction, supercritical carbon dioxide extraction, fermentation with separating and culturing technologies, reverse micellae extraction. Some of them have already been on a commercial scale in some countries and have attractive prospects.
