| Abstract: | At the end of 20 century, American elementary education reform asked school teachers to have more complicated qualities. There is a series of new characteristics of teacher professionalization. The standards of teachers' traing have become unified with the demands of teaching; teacher's professional levels have been raised; educational models have been diversified; teachers' profession has become more stable and teachers have been treated better and better. |
