美国基础教育改革与教师专业化新特征

摘    要:20世纪末,美国基础教育改革向教师提出了更高的要求,教师专业化出现了一系列新特征:教师培训标准与教学要求逐渐统一;学科教育和专业教育分离,教师教育模式多样化;教师职业稳定性增加;教师待遇逐步提高。

Abstract:At the end of 20 century, American elementary education reform asked school teachers to have more complicated qualities. There is a series of new characteristics of teacher professionalization. The standards of teachers' traing have become unified with the demands of teaching; teacher's professional levels have been raised; educational models have been diversified; teachers' profession has become more stable and teachers have been treated better and better.
